A noninvasive laser procedure to eliminate the cloudiness that  interferes with a patient’s vision after cataract surgery. The cloudy lens is normally removed during cataract surgery.   However, a thin membrane that held the cataract is left in place to support the implanted artificial lens. The back of the capsule is normally clear immediately after surgery, but becomes cloudy over time. This can be resolved with a quick in-office laser procedure, with rapid improvement in vision.
